Terms and Conditions

Warrior Balmore operate a no refund policy on all class payments cancelled within 24 hours of commencement. Any return payments will incur a standard charge of six pound ( six pounds) to cover the cost of delay and representation to collect fees due.

Discounted promotions are valid for a period of 3 months from the point of sale. Unused sessions are non transferable.this to include 10 class passes as well as challenges .

Cancellation of Membership require a 14 day notice in writing to the business with a Cancellation Fee of £59 paid within this notice period. Alternatively the business will pursue payment in full for the entirety of your contract.

A standard membership is for 12months from the date of joining incurring equal payments of the members agreed monthly payments. Exceptions can only apply where the
client is ill and their physician issues an unfit to exercise note
Client is moving homes more that 6 miles from warrior premises with council tax entitlement evidence provided
Client is in receipt of benefits and can no longer sustain the payments. Proof of state benefits in writing is required.


These conditions will not affect your statutory rights in law
